Lift 4 Lungs- Cross Fit A.C.T

Mahwah, New Jersey- Imagine an entire community coming together to support Team Draft and the Fight to Change the Face of Lung Cancer.  This coming Sunday, we are going to see just that. Crossfit A.C.T in Mahwah is holding its annual Lift 4 Lungs challenge and is inviting competitors from all around the state of New Jersey to compete to earn the title of Lift 4 Lungs champion!

Crossfit A.C.T in Mahwah is holding its annual Lift 4 Lungs challenge and is inviting competitors from all around the state of New Jersey to compete to earn the title of Lift 4 Lungs champion!

Lift 4 Lungs will consist of three challenging elimination workouts, plus a final WOD for the top competitors. Winners will be decided based on a points system. There will be Rx and scaled divisions.
